History

Luxiq was first approved in 1961 for medical use in the United states. This cream is list under the World Health Organization’s list of essential medicines for being the most safe and effective medicine needed in the health organization. It is also available as a generic medication. 

Medical Uses

Luxiq is a corticosteroid that is also available by injection, pills, and cream. As mentioned, it is used to treat skin irritation, flaking from eczema, and itching it is also used to treat psoriasis. It is also used for a number of sicknesses including rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, allergic conditions such as asthma and angioedema, cancers such as leukemia, and crohn’s disease.

Warning and precautions

Before taking this treatment, make sure to consult your doctor first. If you start to experience side effects like these, mild, temporary stinging and dryness of the skin that is a normal side effect, however if you start to experience these symptoms: severe allergic reactions, swelling in the mouth, face, lips, tongue, burning, excessive hair growth, inflamed hair follicles, inflammation of the mouth, muscle weakness, thinning, softening, or discoloration of the skin, make sure to seek medical advise immediately, because this can be an indication of more serious side effects.
